Shri Om Prakash Aggarwal

Chairman

Shri OP Aggarwal is the Group Chairman of Indogulf Cropsciences Ltd. After contributing his 23 years to family business and reaching them to greater heights Shri OP Aggarwal established Jai Shree Rasayan Udyog Ltd. in year 1993. Later on, Jai Shree Rasayan Udyog Ltd has transformed itself in “The Indogulf Group”. His deep commitment and inspiring leadership in initial turbulent days is an example worth inculcating.His passion to contribute to Indian Agriculture is commendable.His ability to prioritize and deal effectively with a number of tasks simultaneously reinforced with the skills to make effective decisions,has metamorphosed the business venture into one of the fastest growing agrochemical

Company in India, which is awarded thrice as 'Overseas Expansion Award' by CCPIT, China. His rich and invaluable experience of over last three decades in Agrochemical Industry has contributed immensely in the growth of the Company and added much needed expertise to the Board. He mentors and gives strategic direction to the team. In order to achieve his aspiration of “Lets Grow Together” he has dedicated himself to bring changes in Agrochemicals Industry and the farming community. His contribution for adopting newer farming techniques at the grass root level, judicious use of agro chemicals in farming and imparting knowledge through his nationwide network of distributors and Indogulf Development Officer in field has resulted in the overall prosperity of farmers.

Shri Sanjay Aggarwal

Managing Director

Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal is the Managing Director of Indogulf Cropsciences Ltd. He is an eminent personality with vast and rich experience in the Agrochemicals Industry. He holds a Degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and Master's in Business Administration from IIBM, New Delhi. His “can-do” attitude, ability to build trust and credibility with ICL team has been instrumental in transforming this 1993's start-up into a "600 crores" Company which has been thrice chosen by CCPIT China for 'Overseas Expansion Award' and 1st prize winner of 'MSME Award' for Quality by Government of India.

He is proficient in the Corporate Affairs and his keen insight & judgment brings excellence in the functioning of the Company. He brought about many changes in the manufacturing and production facilities in Indogulf production plants and then took over the reins of entire operations. Ever since then he has spear-headed the Managing Director of the Company including the liaison activities with international agro-giants to bring in world class agro solutions to Indian farmers and vice–a-versa. Under his supervision the Company has achieved outstanding revenue growth & incremental profits year after year.

He has deep commitments towards the achievement of organizational goals and has also played a key role in instilling principles of Corporate Governance in the functioning of the Company. His foresight and business acumen has propelled the Company towards achieving it goals. A leader par excellence, he manages the overall affairs and has contributed substantially in enhancing the profitability of the organization with his leadership and soft skills. Currently he is driving the Senior Leadership team with initiatives under the aspiration of “Grow Together”.

He is highly active in social activities and has a philanthropic bent of mind, he is also an active member of Rotary Club. Mr Sanjay Aggarwal for the last three years hold the position of 'Treasurer' for 'Agrochemical Federation of India' (ACFI) which has members from multinational companies and big Indian houses.

Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal is known for his competitive outlook and strong organizational skills which he strongly imbibes among his close confidants. A visionary leader who is unconventional in his approach is an inspiration for the next generation. As a leader he is very tech-savvy and has deep insights on the evolution of Agro-Industry not only in India but across the globe. He is recipient of numerous awards and accolades from media and industry associations.

Shri Bhupender Kaushik

Director

Mr. Bhupender Kaushik is the Director of Indogulf Cropsciences Ltd. he is an eminent personality with vast and rich experience in the Agrochemicals Industry. His technical expertise has supported to enlarge the product base of Indogulf Cropsciences Ltd. He helped the Company in smoothening the production, procurement and logistic functions and established quality control. His new initiatives include improving the efficiency and functioning of the Company and thus improving the profitability.As Director, he is instrumental in driving various initiatives with the support of senior leadership team to achieve the set milestones of the organization.

Under his exuberant personality and ambitious leadership, the company was able to expand its production facilities, setting up a state of the art world class manufacturing facilities. He was responsible to successfully improve the efficiency and productivity of all the manfacturing facilities of Indofgulf. Therby making positive contribution in the profitability of the company.

Shri Mohinder Paul Punia

President - Agribusiness

Mr Mohinder Paul Punia is the President - Agribusiness of Indogulf Cropsciences Ltd. Mr Punia, with double post graduate degrees, has an illustrious academic record. He is an allumnus of IIM, Ahmedabad alongwith B. Sc (Hons) Agriculture from HAU Hisar followed by M. Sc. He has rich experience spanning more than three decades in leadership positions in NOCIL and Dow AgroSciences in India and South Asia. After that he played a key role in the growth journey of Bharat Rasayan and Meghmani Group for more than a decade. Mr Punia has been associated with Indogulf Cropsciences since April 2023. Currently, he is focussed on cultural transformation, team building and portfolio upgradation primarily for Export and Institutional Business.

Shri A K Sharma

Advisory Director

Mr. A.K. Sharma is an accomplished strategic thinking professional with more than 42 years of work experience in various domain and functions. He is having shouldered responsibilities from human resources management to business management, he brings a wealth of corporate experience which reinforces his skills to impact and connect with the audiences. He is adept at assessing needs, generating options and implementing solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. He has got rich exposure and experience in implementing effective strategic decisions and policies to ensure all practices are in compliance and aligned to the Company's vision.

Shri Anand Negi

Vice President - Marketing

Mr. Anand Negi PGDBA from symbiosis & Commerce Graduate from Delhi University and is serving the Company from two decades. The dynamic Mr. Anand Negi has donned many caps in Indogulf from many years. Under his leadership, organization achieved new heights in Sales in Punjab, UP and south belt of India. Over the years his leadership skills and determined efforts has helped the organization to grow with people and technology together, which has resulted in successful implementation of some major people and IT excellence projects. As Vice President - Marketing he got unique opportunity to experience all facets of marketing which has made him truly a master of all trades.

Shri S K Chaudhary

Vice President - Marketing

Mr S K Chaudhary is the Vice President of Indogulf Cropsicences Ltd He is Post Graduate from Guru Nanak Dev University, Punjab. He comes with rich work experience in Agri – Input Industry for more than 30 years. Presently, he is driving Marketing & Development activities of Indogulf Cropsciences Ltd since August 2022 at the capacity of Vice President. While adding value to the organization’s growth, he has been bestowed with many Awards & Recognitions for his tremendous contribution. Thus, making him a true asset of the company.

Shri Sanjay Chaudhary

Vice President - Strategic & Corporate Affairs

Mr Sanjay Chaudhary is the Vice President of Indogulf Cropsciences Ltd. He is Post Graduate from Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar (Haryana). He has work experience of more than 26 years. In his professional journey has worked initially for 16 years in the functions related to Field Research & Development and the last 10 years has been into the Leadership role managing the overall business & operations of the organization for India, Pakistan & Bangladesh. He has rich experience of working in the organization like Monsanto, Bayer, DAS, FIL & Sinochem. He has been associated with Indogulf Cropsciences Ltd since August 2022.

Shri Ashish Goel

Vice President - Commercial and Corporate Business

Mr. Ashish Goel, a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University associated with ICL from Last 15 years with more than 20 years of rich experience in agrochemical and business trading. Mr. Ashish Goel currently leads the procurement of the company. His large experience helps the company in collaborative agreement with various large companies in India and is steering the company into strategic agreements. A proven negotiator and solution

Shri Manoj Gupta

Chief Finance Officer

Mr Manoj Gupta is a visionary Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of post qualification experience in Business Finance, Internal Auditing, Treasury Operations, Organizational Restructuring (Mergers & Acquisitions), Right Issues and Corporate Governance. He has proven track record of Improved operations, maintaining continuous profitability, Business Growth through achievements in financial management, cost controls, interanl control and productivity / efficiency improvements.
